Military officials, scared of losing their jobs, sold out to whoever offered in orrder to reap the benefits before adequate control was asserted over the military assets. Alot of things in russia still remain in shambles, and alot of the "greatness" and military strength Russia might enjoy is definitely hindered still by many factors. Unless of course, they are doing a very good job of hiding superior weapons systems... Because lets face it, if it comes to nukes nobody wins anyway... even if there is total destruction on one side, what kind of a prize is left to claim?</p></blockquote><p></p>
