DUI punishments aren't strict enough, it's like a slap on the wrist. I mean 5 DUI's? It shouldn't go past two without their license being revoked...But they should be walking into that bar prepared to deal with their own actions. Meaning, they should have an exit strategy whether it means getting a ride from a cabby, designated driver, or even a police officer. I'm pretty sure they will give you a ride home no questions asked.</blockquote>
