If you have a 12 inch tall joint (90° Right angle standard joint.) and you have 1 screw every 2 inchs or so...</p><p></p><p>If that one screws shaft was only .125 inchs (1/8) and you have 6 screws in that joint that means you have used 3/4in^2 in holes essentially, when it really could be a solid chemically bonded wood joint.</p><p></p><p>Somthing on a scale as small as this doesn't make all that big of a difference, but I was just pointing it out...</p></blockquote><p></p>
