Pull it straight up and the clips will pop out. Next remove the two side rear seat pieces by removing one screw for each at the base of the piece. They hook on to a rail at the top, so just push them upward afetr removing the screw and they will come out easily. Remove the seat backs by unscrewing the bolts that hold the seats to the mounting plates. Not much to mention here. Once your in there you'll figure out how to pull it out.
