I'm assuming the mentally disabled were the ones making the noise. My co worker actually took the call. He told the lady there is nothing we can do.  The dumb lady wanted us to tell gardener to do something about it. WTF is a gardener going to do? He pretty much told her to deal with it or call the cops...she would look like a fool calling the cops though.</p></blockquote><p></p>
