The bolt that holds the alternator to battery cable is getting extremely hot in less than a minute of running. I can't figure out why. I've checked grounds and found out that most of them don't seem to be working right......rust had formed where I scratched the paint off. I found that acid had formed around the battery positive clamp.....I don't know why. This couldn't have been happening for long because it would have melted the plastic around the bolt off if it had been. I can't figure out for the life of me what is going on. But I can't drive my car because of it. Help me out guys.
