It sounds like your issue is either one of the input circuits to the radio, such as wheel controls, or the head unit itself. While this muted period is happening can you adjust the volume with the regular knob but not the SWC? Is your head unit able to skip along a song while also adjusting the volume?</p></blockquote><p></p>
