Now im 6'3 255. Too get bigger you basically are going to have to eat alot of protein. Carbs and work out alot. When ur burning 8,000 calories a day. You want to pull in 10,000. Running also makes you bigger. You loose all the fat on ur legs, and it defines the muscles. I ran a mile a day for 2 months straight. Protein isnt cheap my 120 servings was about $60. Nittrotech is even more. or celltech. The creatine i have is EAS HP. I stopped taking the creatine after i tore the MCL in my knee. Which happened to be the last practice of the yr. It will make u bigger. But you have to drink a hell of alot of water. Dont take it while ur playing a sport or it will drain water out of u quicker. Basically Overdose on it. Take 3 times what is required to get ur creatine levels in ur body higher than normal. Then take the recommended dose to sustain.
