They arent gonna let them go real loud on TV because it could open them up to a law suit. If that punk kid sat in the car and they blasted 145 at him (just an example) he could later say that his hearing was damaged and he never agreed to subject himself to that. It wouldnt be hard to find a doctor who would be willing to testify that that kinda volume could damage your hearing being that most say you shouldnt drive with your window down cause it will cause hearing damage. So I understand why they didnt blast the **** thing and open up the great american lawsuit doors. But they should have just NOT shown the little meter in the dash on the SPL160, they would have had more credibility to just leave people guessing</p></blockquote><p></p>
