Message: <blockquote data-quote="big dawg" data-source="post: 4785903" data-attributes="member: 595645"><p>I am gonna be pairing a single mtx 9500 15 with a planet audio rxd1400 amp.  At two ohms i will be putting 1000 watts on the sub rms.  Now here is my question.  A friend of mine has been an installer and a great box builder for years.  He said build my enclosure to about 5 cubes.  Another friend of mine works at a shop that sells mtx subs all day everyday.  He said build the box to mtx's specs (2.48 cubes).  Both of the guys have alot of experience with these and several other subs.  So who do i listen too The guy that builds awesome and loud enclosures? or the guy that has been dealing with mtx since waaaaay before the 9500 was created and mtx?  Please help guys! I want to build the box this week for a comp on saturday but i still want it to be an everyday banger as well.</p></blockquote><p></p>
