[QUOTE="xpl0it, post: 1672318, member: 563062"] The SS are indeed LOUD, you truly need to hear one before you talk about them, because I had doubts before I went into buying one, but now I'm more than satisfied. This is why I'm buying another great box just like the snailshell only for two drivers from John Nolte, I've never seen a box built as nicely as he can. I played my setup agaisnt an employee's at circuit city who had a 13W7 in a ported box running off 2 1000/1s and an optima yellow top in the trunk and me, him, and my friend agreed that my setup sounded louder. Now as far as db's, i've never gotten it metered, but it is by far the loudest single 12" setup I've ever heard. As far as lows, it loves the lows, it loves the lows more than the highs. The 33-39hz range is where it seems to hurt my ears the most, but it gets very loud at most frequencies, even 50-80hz range. I can take some videos of this thing if you guys want, I have a low quality one moving the center of my car pretty bad at 35-38hz.
