ok which one would you guys get? i'm getting them through my friend at monster on my accomodation price so price is only i think 8 bucks difference between the two. i'm just curious if anoyne has used either/both and can give an opinion on either of them. for the price i'm getting either of them it literally can't be beat so no other cable's are an option, unless they're proven better for under 35 bucks.

me i wouldnt buy either.....

go to monoprice.com

good good quality cable and extremely good prices and yes their proven go to the AVS FORUM...

also i did buy monster cable but for my optical cable and it was teh thx1000 but that was before i knew about monoprice.com

Ehh...I'm running Dayton "subwoofer cable" to the monoblocks and I haven't had any problems with the cable. Good build quality - anything's better than those PG ARx series interconnects I had the bad luck of using //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i know most people don't use monster and i understand why, 80 bucks for a 4ft cable is insane. but when you get said 80 dollar cable for 30 bucks, why not use it?

Because a $15 cable will do the same job? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

And that $80 cable is really a $5 cable anyway? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

That's never a question //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Unless I see some magical proof that there's more than $10 worth of parts in that $80 cable...it's just nothing special. $30 might be a competitive price, depending on what Knukonceptz and others are charging.

knu charges double what i'm payin, not to mention i know how much the ends cost on the monster comp. video cables and it's about 10 bucks for those alone.

I love my PG ARx interconnects. You must be a n00b. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Silver barrels with blue cables, right?

Hands down the worst quality connectors I've ever used...even the lower-end Knu connectors put them to shame, with a little set-screw holding the cable in place in the barrel. All the PG had was a crimp that was about a third of the size, with a tiny glob of solder holding the connections on.

Mine haven't had any issues in my car after 4 years //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

You got fake ones //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
