When i installed the new motherboard in my computer I found that the motherboard was broke/damaged. For one reason or another I couldn’t get any video from the thing I tried everything I possibly could. I informed the seller that the motherboard was DOA and that I wanted my money back as he had a guarantee against DOA in his listing. After about 2 months of emailing back and forth with this guy a few insults from him and myself becoming very frustrated at his poor english skills (he’s from china) I finally get him to agree to not only refund the original purchase cost of the motherboard but also my costs to ship the motherboard back to him. I send the motherboard back and a few weeks later i get a refund for only the original purchase cost. The process starts all over again I email him he begins refusing to refund my cost to send the motherboard back (shipping to china is not cheap!) At some points he won’t respond to my emails for a whole week. Then he refunds half of my costs to send it back. I then leave him negative feedback on eBay for being a douche! That got his attention and he emails me saying if I remove my negative feedback and give him a positive comment he will send me the rest of my money. I tell him that if he gives me my money I will think about it. I then get refunded the rest of my shipping costs and I think about removing my negative remark for a second but then decide not to because he’s a douche! Anyways he files a PayPal claim against me for goods not received. I then have to explain everything to PayPal as does the eBay seller. The other night I get a notice from PayPal saying my account is limited and I can’t send or receive money because PayPal has found in favor of the eBay seller saying that I need to return the $84 shipping cost to him! They then ask me to take a survey regarding my satisfaction with PayPal in which I go on to call them a bunch of incompetent morons who can’t understand common sense. I then go back to the PayPal resolution center and write them in a serious manner about appealing their decision to steal $84 from me. I am truly shocked about the outcome of the matter. [QUOTE="Bigrick31, post: 5545876, member: 553354"] I’m just kidding... or am I? A few months ago I purchased a new motherboard for my computer from a seller on eBay.
