hey, to those saying i shouldn't be in debt. it is 80% medical bills, the credit cards wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for those. I have been a full time student for 2 years, and I worked all that I could. I was in school and working full time for a while...just not wanting to do that again. FAFSA thing has never done much for me because my dad makes more than that but this time I'm going to try to put my moms income in there because it gave me a choice. Hers is like 2k or something for the year so I'll see what happens. I'm in debt because of medical bills. I can't just write them off and I need to pay them NOW. I'm getting calls left and right and I know its hurting my credit. What kind of student loans are there? I tried to research it but its confusing. I KNOW some people go to school and live near or on campus on just loans and little bits of aid. Not having a car isn't possible. I live 10 miles from the nearest grocery store and over an hour from school. Oh, and I live in Michigan. Good luck getting better than minimum wage here anymore. Factorys are all laying off. Thats what happened to me. just looking for a path to recovery. I know its bad to be in debt and I should have saved but who ever thinks that even when they pay health insurance they will end up with all these bills? I haven't blown my money on car audio stuff or anything like that, its been over 2 years since I bought anything like that and I paid in cash
