Talk to Jesse Bolduc or Jeff Gojko, they are honest, reliable guys who can either give you a solid value estimate or at least tell you who might be better suited to point you in the right direction. there is a good guy/bad guy group too, id join that and ask there tbh</p></blockquote><p></p>
