Hi guys, hopefully this won't be a repost that'll annoy you haha Trying to fit a Pioneer stereo into my Mk2 Golf. I believe it is a Pioneer DEH-1300. Now, I was told that due to it being a Pioneer it would need an ISO adaptor which I actually have from a previous car. However, when I plug it all in there seems to be no power to the stereo. The wiring blocks from the car do fit into the adaptor perfectly but it still doesn't seem to have any power. Anybody know something that I don't? Any help at all would be appreciated. I did try posting photos but it won't allow me to. I'm expecting people to tell me to use a Multimeter but unfortunately, I don't have one. Not sure if this helps but the original tape player worked perfectly fine.
