I was given the go to install a sub in my girlfriend's Rav4, but only if it fits into the storage area beneath the floor. I'm either getting a Fi Q, SI BM, or using my SI Mag from my car. It's going to be a sealed boxed with the woofer facing up. If I build a box to my plans, it should be about 1.3 cubic ft without displacement. But I got the mounting dept for a 12" Q and if I build the box that way, it will only have about 1/4" between the bottom of the sub to the bottom board. Would this be fine? I'm still waiting for the mounting dept for a 12" BM and 12" Mag. EDIT: I stuck this in the wrong forum. Sorry.
