When you run  your headlights, ac, stereo and amp it may not keep up no matter how big your alt is.  My memphis is a power hog!! I had to add batteries to prevent the voltage from dropping. It may work fine until the battery gets low then if you turns  off until  the battery recharges then it works fine. Also set your gain with a dmm to make sure it is right. Test it with the subs unhooked. Then reinstall them and test agian. It may be the load  in your subs. Also make sure you have 0 gauge for both power and ground. Also make sure it is in a well ventalated area and not overheating. Check you setting on your HU to make sure it is getting a good signal to the amp</p></blockquote><p></p>
