Tiny in size and comparing my old memphis 500d to a previous JBL 600.1, The memphis wins hands down. Had both of them hooked up in a van and the memphis caused no dimming at full power at all. Got the JBL and it would cut out at high power. Upgraded the Magic three and it stopped cutting out but still dimmed. Memphis also has better crossovers and and dampening factor.</p></blockquote><p></p>
