Priced to sell at 650 shipped."</p><p></p><p>i just got this amp but oppertunity is pounding on my door...</p><p></p><p>the head unit:</p><p></p><p>McINTOSH double din i obtained this rare item in trade from AZNGOTSKILLS and heres what he told me about it(used with permission):</p><p></p><p>"It was used for about two weeks, then sent it to Auto Car Audio, Stereo and Radio Repair Solutions from San Jose, CA | Short Circuit to get a complete clean-up. The CD-changer mechanism was replaced and everything else clean, checked up, and now perfect. Its works 100% guaranteed and just tested it yesterday, it does play burned CD-R fine without difficulty. Its a US-spec radio and will include the DIN to RCA connector and wire harness to plug-n-play. Model number is PF-25201-A but it may be really difficult to find info on this unit as it is rare and hard to find. "</p><p></p><p>also</p><p></p><p>"This McIntosh HU is a 6-disc in-dash CD changer with internals of the McIntosh MX-406 (I have no way to verify exactly, but what I have found through extensive research and calling). Whats makes this rare is that its a USDM market unit which will have US stations without a FM converter, volume on the left, 13-pin DIN to RCA females (Neutrik end), and wiring harnes for easy plug-n-play. You will probably be one of the few to have this RARE gem in your car or collection..."</p><p></p><p>"Yes it is actually OEM unit made for the Subaru Legacy IIRC. The vehicle specific EQ is done within the amp so this has a clean preout signal from the HU. I already made a 13-pin DIN to RCA so its ready to plug and play like any other after market HU. The wire harness is already included as well Supposed to be the same CD mechanism, laser, and DAC as the MX-406 but this one is in the rare 6cd indash changer form.
