You have to test it man everyone's box rise is different I've wired subs to 1 ohm and the amp was putting out 3ohms after rise..Some amps are rated stable @ 1ohm in the sense that you can wire the subs to 1 ohm...not that the amp can even be run on 1ohm actual daily output...I've seen amps rated to be 1 ohm stable and go into protect @ 1.5 ohms after rise because the subs were wired @ .5 trying to reach a real 1 ohm...A real 1 ohm after rise is a huge current draw, a lot of heat is generated and will more than likely pop one of the amp's protection circuits from either heat, or fuse etc if exposed to that current for prolonged periods...Then again some amps won't pop **** and just catch on fire!
