Personally, I wouldn't join them ever because of my personality traits/flaws.Just know that the marines are a 4 year commitment to the government, your country, and will involve some of the best years of your life. Do some research by asking people who have been through the training and been sent overseas; it's not a regular job where you can just bail when you don't agree with the boss or things get overwhelming. Some people can do it and some people crack under the pressure.</blockquote>
