Hi, ive had the ma audio hk-800d for quite some time, recently i upgraded to a alpine cd-player. THe model for that is cda-9813. Today, i ran the power wire straight form battery, i ran 10 gauge as per alpine instructions. Well, after a installed that the amp never really ran right since. Today, on the way to work it was makeing funny scratching noise like the sub was blown, so i cut all amp signal. Even with amp turned off it was making scrathing noise. eventually it stopped. So i got to work and turned signal back to amp, and nothing. I looked and the 30amp fuse was blown. So i watied until after work and replaced it and it blew immediatley. What would cause this, i re-checked power and ground wire and they're fine.
