First, are you telling me you do not care you are arguing a point against me that Im not making, because you felt I made some big fuss about it in some other thread, like weeks ago? I agree with the other guy on this one man, get real. Im not comparing the SX and the R in this thread, Ive stated that all along. Nor am I praising or bashing the Type R, its performance, its looks or if it had a bad childhood. Ive also made that very clear in this thread. It is not my problem you want to read things into my posts that are not there. Why are you so defensive of a brand and model of speaker? Seriously. Its almost weird how you expect people to walk on eggshells around what they say about 'your' sub. Letsa go back and look at what happened in this thread. I posted suggesting a mounting style, per my experience with blazers (spare me your disagreements btw), not even mention brand names of speakers. SBLAZER comes in, says my idea is lousy because it uses space badly (not even the point of the thread or my post) then suggests all his problems are solved by buying one specific brand of subwoofer. But omg, if I even suggest simple brand loyalty is a poor reason to change, Im bashing your precious Type R. Right. Lastly, I do not have to prove Type R's don't have 'magic dust'. If you cannot understand why, then you have zero right to preach about people following blind internet boners, as you yourself are attempting to burst this forum's pants open with the R boner. So please, spare me the attitude, and the defensive posture any time I post within 3 miles of a Type R thread. You love the Type R and its giving you the performance you want, dude Im super happy for you, and anyone else that gets this satisfaction out of them. But if you think Im gonna ride that boner just based on your word they have 'magic boom dust' until I prove otherwise, you have another thing coming. You know alot, I give you all the credit in the world for that. But your ego, and your defensive posture on this sub, is out of hand.
