Message: <blockquote data-quote="chucku" data-source="post: 2579147" data-attributes="member: 573128"><p>Thaqnks for the replys.  I didnt use the door chime adapter because I dont want the door chime, and I wanted to save the money.  My door chime stoped working about 3 months after I bought my 06 silverado and I couldnt have been happier.  I guess if I try to find where I got the remote wire for the amps and hook it up to there,i t might go away, I installed the amps a year ago and just got around to replacing the stock hu.  I used the black wire that came out of the fact harness as ground but I guess I should try to ground the chassis to something metal behind it?  I thought the antenna did that?</p></blockquote><p></p>
