Message: <blockquote data-quote="Bavarian3" data-source="post: 916656" data-attributes="member: 547377"><p>The way i do it is take the dimensions of your box and apply that to the roll of carpet.  The carpet is 48" wide.  So if your box is say 40" wide then youll need enough to go around the whole box, so just add up the lengths of the peices to see how much total youll need.  Its easy if you take out a sheet of paper and draw it out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
