I do have 2 rear USB connections and use both. 1 for memory stick, the other for phone/charging. However, the unit only comes with 1 USB cable from Pioneer. The 2nd one is mine and as soon as I connect the phone, I get insanely loud buzzing noise. I've gone through 2 different cables, both shielded, but noise persists. If you're focused on sound, I'd skip the additional USB connection. Also, if you don't care too much for integrated phone functions, I'd skip installing the mic as well...more potential to introduce noise to the system.</p></blockquote><p></p>
