Looking for a headunit with certain specs

Does that mean i would be safe to use this headunit with my speakers keeping in mind the front ones are made for up to 30 watts rms and the backs are good up to 40 watts rms. The advantage of the new amp techknowledgy is a total harmonic distortion of only .01 percent, whereas normally it's 5 percent on standard headunits. And by the way my price range is up to 300 dollars. Let me know what you guys think of the headunit and i'd really like to know about the rms ratting thing, because i'd like to get as much rms as possible, but i don't wanna blow my speakers.
