the sammy 7100 is a best buy proprietary model, so i would skip that. the 6000 looks pretty nice except for the bleeding in the corners because it's edge lit. Some times it does it sometimes it doesn't. It bothers me, but you may not care. The LG sucks. The full array with local dimming LED should be badass, but the rest of the TV is a let down. My parents bought one and returned it due to audio/video sync issues. LG will update the firmware for free, but it was a month or two wait. Picture was okay. Case looked cheap I've never liked the picture of the aquos, but i havn't seen that exact model. I generally like the picture of Sony TVs (XBRs are my fave), but they seem to break after a few years. I have not seen that exact sony model either. For the most part I am not a fan of LED unless it is a full array with local dimming (ala sammy 8500), but that costs an assload. I find the edge lit compromises picture quality for a thin case. Of those i would pick the 6000 if the picture quality of dark scenes is good enough for your tastes. The 6000 is capable of wowwing people when they walk up to it. It's almost like the picture is too sharp.
