You could try a higher ohm load to cut down on the current draw from your amp. I have my amp wired at 4-ohms until I decide on a suitable route. Batteries and cps are only good if you are playing your music with the car off. Your alt is what takes the brunt of a beating.</p></blockquote><p></p>
