Not a problem in and of itself, I have been a user of his products, and an impromptu advertiser of them, him, and his company here for years as well. Then Don (Rudy on this forum), who created the Sound Deadener Showdown, decided to market his own product based on his findings, and made it be known that 100% coverage of the mat does not give the performance gains that have been touted (by myself included I'll be the first to admit), created 'SPL tiles' and let it be known that 25% coverage was plenty to perceive the performance gains most of us are looking for. Using mat in a manner such as 100% coverage mostly only benefits the seller of the mat. One day.... 1 day, after Don (Rudy, SDS) announced his new 'tiles' and the 25% coverage idea, Anthony announced he would also be releasing a 'tile' product, and then Anthony scrambled to actually create said product. Basically, his cat was let out of the bag, and he did his best to minimize Don and SDS's emergence onto the car audio deadening scene, even when at the time Anthony had no product to compete with Don, his tiles, or his 25% coverage data. It took Anthony, and his mat producers, about a month to actually come out with said 'tiles', showing that his decision to announce his own tile product one day after Don's was merely for publicity and an attempt to keep Don from securing any of the market share.In addition to the above, it has since been made public that Anthony has purchased, and now runs, a well know audio forum that he has said he would police fairly, but in reality has used merely as an advertising tool for Second Skin in less than an ethical manner. Including such tactics as deleting threads/posts saying negative things about his product or company or that say positive things about Don's product/company, has enforced a policy of no advertising Don's company or products in their signatures (while still claiming he runs the 'public' forum in a fair manner) and has even been caught passing out a vb bug/virus to forum members whom were posting information he wished to keep control of. This vb bug makes the user/forum member seem to have comp-uter issues that will no longer allow them to post on said forum, while hiding the fact that they have in fact been victims of the information police keeping them from saying things Anthony did not want said.These, and a few other issues, have left a bad taste in many people's mouths for Anthony, his products, and his company as a whole. Not to mention his 'fair' message forum.How do you know 'no one' cares about it but me? Because YOU dont care?
