Lanzar, Does customer service always ****?

Puts me back on hold, or trys to cause i can here her talking to some other person, they both sound like they have no ****ing clue what i need. She gets back on ask's me if i have a fax they could send it to i say no, back on hold agian. She comes back and i say well can you just e-mail it to me? nope, have to mail it, so i say ok and agian i'm back on hold agian. She comes back on and ask's for my address, which i give here 1234 NH RTE 125 Hancock, right as i say hancock (yes i know it's a funny name) she says hold on a second and boom i'm back on hold again. She comes back on again and ask's for the rest of the address, which it takes 5 more minutes to get it cause she keeps ****ing up. I she gets my address and is all ready to let me go, good by we will send that right out. To which i reply, 'um would'nt you like to nkow which manual i need? Oh ya, which manual do you need?</p><p></p><p>Total time on the phone, about an hour. An hour to get a ****in' manual sent to me, do they have a load of retards working for them?</p></blockquote><p></p>
