For a JL Fan you know nothing about JL, They released the w3 driver, and later made it better in the second version w3v2. Then when they decided to the the 3rd w3, they scrapped everything. And started completly over, but kept it a w3 model due to relatively similar power handling, and frankly they didn't want to bestow a new W-model. W3 and W3v2 are similair, but the w3v3 has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the original W3 driver or it's brother w3v2. Period. Explain to me exactly what the hell you just tried to say. I'll build a box for a 15" Kicker L7, with 2,100 RMS on it. Just for you Cotjones Okay, first of all I called JL Audio and spoke to Rodney, he didn't know much but I was told they box was a single tone hitter and they invested A LOT of $$$ finding the right car and the right Box in order to ever achieve this. In a daily setup with five 15" W3's to music, on full tilt, I'd be lucky to see 142 dB spl... The box they used was designed and redesigned over 100 times to achieve they most output they could squeeze. JL did get a lot of angry replies, when people bought 15w3's and expected to blow their sunroof off with the right power and couldn't Btw every 6 dB, you double up. so in reality. 21 dB more would be 9.8 times louder~
