Someone in a little toyota had pulled into the center lane to make a left turn, and was so timid that they didnt pull all the way into the lane so they weren't so close to on-coming traffic. Being extra careful, right? Well this meant the ass of their car was still stick back out into traffic moving in the direction they were, so people had to slow way down, and veer onto the shoulder and end of someone's driveway to get around them. I was surprised I didnt see someone get rear ended as I made my way thru the half block long jam up it was causing.</blockquote>
