If it's on 8a or 12a mode the 15.x volts will only stay there for about 30 min-an hour until it gets to 100%.I also find it very interesting to clamp battery chargers, because it'll be in 12a mode or 8a mode and fluctuate current quite a bit due to the little computer chip depending on how well the battery is "accepting" the charge. Very cool to watch.Guess it will be ok for my batteries, as I check the batteries at least once an hour and they have never gotten more than a little bit warm, and they all float at 13v now as well from being charged up so high I guess. They used to float around 12.6 or so until i started charging them regularly.</blockquote>
