I cantacted the shipping company assuming it was damaged during shipping and not during installation and they told me when you recieve it it is your responsibility to have it checked and had it been checked i could have gotten it taken care of.. even it it was shipped damaged which it was not it could have been avoiding by checking it when it arrived as this is your responsibility as a buyer. I cannot justify paying for the battery back that may have been broken during installation or shipping which should have been checked. Im sorry it worked out this way for you and like i told you.. i have this name on more then a dozen sites and would not purposely sell bad merchandise to dirty this name up...</p></blockquote><p></p>
