They are both nice amps. I will take 100 shipped on the 240, and 200 shipped on the 360. If you buy both, I will make you a better deal. I also have an L7 10" dual 2 ohm solo-baric for 175 shipped w/grill. The amps are 1 ohm stable in stereo and 2 ohm stable in mono. I think they are the best Kicker amps to date.
