I like the Knu wire a little better because of the outer jacket construction.Your making it sound like I said the outer jacket on the Kicker wire will cause a fire and  that's not what I said. I am concerned w/ the wire grounding out because of exposed inner wires if it were to get cut. I fuse everything correctly, so in all actuallity there should be no damage to my amps, fires or shorts. I stated that I am a little paranoid when it comes to stuff like that, I know more so than others.</blockquote>
