My friend just got two 15 inch strokers. Dual 4-ohm. He is going with a ported box around 8.5-9 cubic feet before port displacement and running a 2600 watt RMS hifonics brutus amplifier. How would two 15 inch dual 4-ohm L7's in the same enclosure with hifonics brutus 1600 RMS compare to these. Is it any chance of me keeping up with him. Or is it more of a loudness vs sound quality thing? I don't really care too much about sound quality as much as I care about SPL. Which way do you all reccomend facing the speakers and ports. I thought about facing speakers towards rear of car and port out the side of box with correct clearance or facing speakers up and port facing the back of the car. BTW. These are going in crown vics if that helps any.
