I used a 12"L7 and threw it in a sealed 1.5cu box stuffed with polyfill. I tried different amounts of polyfil and the best results came with very loose polyfill filling the entire enclosure with a little space for the magnet to go in. It still sounded very loud with 850rms going to it and decent sq, out of a kicker anyways. But now that I compare it with other subs, it still sounds a bit muddy especially at higher volumes, but still a great deal for a nice street beater. My friend's kickers sounded even qorse in sq with his dual ported. So yea, sealed with polyfill or just a bigge sealed. good luck</p></blockquote><p></p>
