PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED:
PayPal ~ I am a Verified PayPal trader with a Premier Business PayPal account. I can accept E-check, existing account balance (whether it be PayPal account balance or the bank account your PayPal is tied to), and credit card fund transfers.
I CANNOT ACCEPT, under any circumstances, a PayPal payment that does not have a PayPal Confirmed US shipping address associated with it. Due to the type of PayPal account I hold (and the settings I have in place) any payment attempts from accounts without a Confirmed shipping address will immediately be returned to the sender without my ever knowing you tried to pay me. If you do not have a Confirmed shipping address your options are to either get an address Confirmed by PayPal or use one of the alternate payment methods described below.
Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks/Personal Checks ~ I will happily accept any of these types of payments. I pack my shipped items as if to withstand gale-force winds and moderately severe abuse by shipping clerks/package handlers so no worry there. Kenwood KAC-846 four-channel amplifier ~ $100/shipped
Here’s yet another piece of oldschool Kenwood from Prowler!! My Buying/Selling references for both CA.com and eBay are easily located in my signature with links to the appropriate information provided. Please feel free to ask any and all questions and I will respond to them as soon as possible.
I’ve owned and ran several different examples of this model Kenwood amp and each one showed to be pretty bulletproof in its build so long as you didn’t ask more of it than it is designed to give you.
I cannot provide the entire history of this specific unit, as I do not know it. I only recently acquired it and am now offering it for your kind buying consideration. What I can tell you is that whoever owned it previously took very good care of it as I could only find two marks indicating it had ever been used at all. There is a nick-type mark in one of the heatsink fins and a light scratch right above the "D" in the Kenwood logo across the amp's chassis. Other than those two items as far as I can tell it is in near mint shape cosmetically and my test bench shows it to be 100% operationally.

Can provide four channels of amplified output with only a two-channel input. If you’re using a HU that only has a single set of RCA preamp outputs then you wouldn’t need to use Y-splitters to use all 4 channels of output.
One (1) set of RCA preamp outputs for sending the source signal to another amplifier (without the need for another set of outputs on the source unit.)
HP and LP filtering, 12dB/octave slope, continuously variable from 50Hz to 200Hz (independently adjustable for front and rear outputs)
Could be used to drive coaxials front and back.
Could be used for powering a moderate power active front stage.
Could be used to power a set of components with wattage to spare.
Could be used to power a set of entry-level subwoofers.
However it gets used is up to you! It’s a fairly flexible unit with decent inbuilt processing.
