(to loud 3) These men gave an account of their lives. There was nothing ficticious about it. (Vermithrax) These guys (one in particular) was big time into drugs and all that. Then one day someone invited him to church, he got born again (repented of his sins and asked Jesus to be his Lord) and really went through a dramatic change. He was just like any of these guys on here who say all sorts of vile things about God and religion. After that sunday you could find him and the other friends of mine that were also converted in the front row of church full of joy and dancing and lifting their hands for the song service. They got up on stage on several occasions and gave their testimony of how their lives were transformed. At the time, I wasn't born again, and I really didn't understand how this could be real. It seemed silly. But after experiencing it myself I can tell you that it was genuine. I have also veered very far from the Christian lifestlyle and I think it would have been quite hypocritical to try and minister to him the way I was living. Being a Christian is very hard in todays society, and it's easy to lose focus. But the only time I rtruly feel at peace is when I draw near to God. I know because I've tried every other thing under the son to get that feeling back and it can't be done.
