I read somewhere that you're brain isn't fully developed to be able to drive safely until you are at least 24, so keeping that in mind I try really hard to drive safe because I figure maybe I just THINK I can control my car. Usually speed limits are for a reason. I do see how some laws are stupid. But some are meant for good purpose.</p></blockquote><p></p>
