I would still recommend the alpines i have seen the alpines in a poorly made box and i was dispointed(first time to hear them and didnt know it was from the box) the next time i heard alpine was awsome clean, hard and loud, Tottally preffer the alpines. Both are more of a sq speaker i have heard the 2 w3 hit 151 in a bandbass. note box was not in car and in middle of room and reading taken 5 feet away behind chair. never see the numbers on the alpine but some one on this board said the alpine hit good numbers in the factory box.</p></blockquote><p></p>
