Second, the box isnt too big but maybe it has an air leak. The popping sound isnt normal and may be a problem with the sub, and turn up your gains on the amp so that it gets louder. Plus with 400 watts I dont know what kinda bass your expecting....it shouldnt be too loud</p></blockquote><p></p>
