well man....i dont really mean to be an ass.....but why do you always have to say that rockford puts out "real watts" and no other company puts out "real watts".....a fosgate amp will put out more "real watts" than any jbl amp??? jbl rates their amps using the rms....yes rms aka "real watts" please use the correct terminoligy......fosgate doesnt even do that......lets take their 2001 Power 1000.2...how many "real watts" does that put out??? 1000x1...not 1000x2 as the title would advertise.....now lets look at the jbl 1200.1.....how many "real watts" does it put out???? could it be?? 1200rms x 1 ......wow......neways...please get a little education on car audio first....i dont mean to say that you dont know your stuff....but u tend to come across that u think that fosgate is the only company that advertises "real watts"......now if i piss u off or offend u i applogise.....but i feel this needed to be said.....

but to further ur point....

there are alot of companies out ther joven that win comps..the fact that u see more rf is due to their marketing...word of mouth about their capablities...and (probably biggest reason) availability...their everywhere...their everywhere!!

when more ppl get over "brand blindness" u'll see more of the "other" brands out there

needed to add this.......i'm not dissing rf products..having rf subs.hehe, but there are companies out there just as good.if not better.....

oh yeah...no one is perfect..we all make mistakes, it's the reaction that seperates the men from the boys

1) learn from them

2) handle the critisism in a mature manner

3) critisize in a even MORE mature manner

4) just because ur using their products(anyones) doesn't make them the best

and so on and so forth...

yea..run of the mill people go to best buy and the salesman tells that person that its the most expensive brand in their store. people think best buy is the only car audio source and the rockford is the most expensive amp they have so they assume rockfords are the best. personally i wouldnt mind owning a rockford barbecue grill, i mean amp..but unlike you guys, i'm strap for cash so i gotta find the best bang for the buck (which is why i chose my profile).
