I am not big into audio but I recently ordered a new headunit and speakers for my jeep. Anyways I got my new headunit and speakers in today and went to install them in the jeep. I roughly tied in the wires to see that the radio worked and the speakers worked. Had it hooked up and it played music from the radio fine. I then put put a different speaker on to see how it sounded. Worked for about 30 seconds and then the music stops playing and all I hear is a buzzing/screeching sound. I checked all the connections unhooked everything and reconnected and nothing. Tried different inputs nothing. Messing with the volume does not affect the sound at all. I am not a sound guy so I am stumped. What am I doing wrong? Is my headunit a lemon? Please help, its frustrating to wait for this stuff to get here and hook it up and not have it work. Thanks for anyone that can give me some insight on this issue. BTW the headunit is a Pyle PLR35MPD
