Thats pretty much how I see tipping, I'm gonna do the job 100% but I may not have a massive smile on my face or dance around and the extra stuff to actually entertain the guest, just not something I can do, at least on a regular basis. Besides I had plenty of fun in the kitchen and really never got bitter about the servers making more, they were doing something I felt I couldn't really do, plus I could eat more and get free food working in the kitchen which easily made me happy at the end of the night lol.</p></blockquote><p></p>
