Message: <blockquote data-quote="trashedxj" data-source="post: 4636683" data-attributes="member: 593476"><p>ok everyone says caps are just a band aid and rule of thumb 1farad pre 1000watts, well i have a 1200x4 and getting 2 1000x2's but the 1200 is wired to only putting 600 out so total 2600watts, the kinetik HC600 says its better than 100 1 farad caps so if i put one of these in my trunk(cant afford nothin else just dont wanna get caps) so if i use one of these for now is it better than just runnin all 3 amps off the main batt? or would i be better off just runnin it off the main crap batt and callin it a day, not able to get a diff or better batt at this time til a catch up the bills after i spend my stim check on new subs so if not doin comps and dont really need all the voltage will this work for the tim being until i can get a couple yellow top optimas and an alt.?</p></blockquote><p></p>
