It's a Griffin leather wrapped hard plastic case with a plastic film covering the screen. I didn't like it because it plastic thing is really cheap and will just mess up after a while. It also looks like a big wet spot on your phone while it's not on.I bought a clear plastic case with a cover from Walmart for 25 bucks.  This one is ok, still that same wet spot looking deal, but I like the see through look. I went with the white model and it was a shame not being able to show it off.SO so far, I like the new one, but the leather wrapped one is cool without the plastic screen thing. Walmart also has those screen films for 8 bucks as well.</blockquote>
